Seven-Day Trial
MediPD App may offer a 7-day trial for eligible plans so clinics can evaluate the platform, dashboard, booking workflows, AI-assisted tools, and related features before continuing with a paid subscription.
Clinics should use the trial period to review whether MediPD App fits their operational needs, staff workflow, service setup, booking requirements, and patient communication expectations.
No Refunds After Trial
Because MediPD App provides a 7-day trial period for evaluation, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the trial ends or after a paid plan is activated.
By continuing to a paid subscription after the trial, the clinic acknowledges that it had an opportunity to review the service and agrees that refunds are not normally provided for dissatisfaction, non-use, change of mind, delayed setup by the clinic, staff availability, or business circumstances outside MediPD App's control.
Subscriptions, Renewals, And Plan Changes
Recurring subscription charges, renewal payments, plan upgrades, add-ons, usage-based fees, AI or voice credits, top-ups, and similar paid access items are not refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by MediPD App in writing.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing according to the billing provider's cancellation timing, but cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already charged.
Setup, Configuration, And Services
Fees for setup, onboarding, configuration, custom work, migration support, consulting, implementation, or similar services are generally non-refundable once work has started or access has been provided.
Clinics are responsible for providing accurate setup information, timely approvals, service details, staff access decisions, billing details, and any other materials needed to configure their workspace.
Billing Errors And Duplicate Charges
If a clinic believes it was charged in error, charged twice for the same item, or billed after a confirmed cancellation date, it should contact MediPD App support promptly with the billing email, invoice number, payment date, and a description of the issue.
MediPD App may review billing-error requests and, where appropriate, issue a correction, credit, or refund through the original payment provider.
Legal Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Where local law requires a refund or different cancellation treatment, MediPD App will apply the legally required standard for that transaction.
How To Request A Billing Review
Billing review requests should be sent through the available support channel or account contact method. Include the clinic name, account email, invoice or payment reference, amount charged, and the reason for review.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Approved refunds, credits, or corrections are handled at MediPD App's discretion unless required by law.
Policy Updates
This Refund Policy may be updated as MediPD App's billing providers, plans, trial terms, or legal requirements change.
The version posted on the website at the time of purchase or renewal generally governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Global Refund Note
Refund rights and cancellation rules vary by country, customer type, payment method, and contract terms. This policy is intended as the MediPD App baseline and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.
